While in Hong Kong, we spent one of our days on a junk boat and cruised around Hong Kong harbor. It's a great way to see parts of Hong Kong you otherwise would never see. The boat basically took us to the other side of Hong Kong.
If you get a big enough group, you can hire one of these boats for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
